#2 Husson University defeats #3 UMaine-Presque Isle, 87-61 in a North Atlantic Conference (NAC) quarterfinal matchup.
How it Happened: After some back-and-forth action in the first quarter of the game, Husson University took an 18-13 lead over the Owls. The second quarter was more of the same action with the Eagles outscoring the Owls by seven to take a 33-21 lead going into the half.
Husson came out strong in the third quarter, netting 27 points to take a 60-42 lead. The Eagles finished the job in the fourth quarter, claiming a 87-61 victory.
Inside the Numbers:
- Vanessa Duarte and Bailey Donovan led the Eagles with 18 points each, while Donovan pulled down 14 rebounds.
- Makaelyn Porter added 13 points, two rebounds, one assist, and a steal.
- Trinity Montigny chipped in 12 points for the Eagles.

- Aleix Ireland and Aleia Milano both added 12 points to the mix.
