The Penobscot Bay Pilot shared information about a shooting sports workshop offered by University of Maine Cooperative Extension 4-H Waldo County for ages 9–18 on June 18 from 10 a.m.–noon at Maine Outdoor Sportsman in Northport. The workshop, taught by certified archery instructors, will introduce participants to the basics and principles of archery, including marksmanship, the principles of hunting, safe and responsible use of firearms and more.
