The Aroostook County Sheriff’s Office teamed up with the Foundation Academy, a local homeschool group to transport Christmas presents to DHHS in Houlton and Caribou. The Foundation Academy organized a fundraiser at the Aroostook Center Mall on November 30 where they collected donated Christmas presents.
More than 60 Local businesses, organizations and individuals raised over $2600 in gift cards and provided Christmas presents for over 100 children in foster, adoptive and kinship care in Aroostook County.
