After nearly one year of applications, preparation and planning, NMMC is in the process of installing new digital signs at the Hospital, Acadia and MOB buildings in Fort Kent & Madawaska.
The signage has been paid for, in full, by grant funding, applied for through Covid funding options. They will be used as a method of notifying and educating the public about vaccinations and other updates relevant to the pandemic. Along with these important messages, NMMC will be able to use the signage as a form of communication to the public for various notifications about events, news and updates pertaining to and about the hospital and its operations.
Over the next few days, contractors associated with the installations will be seen coming and going from all three locations in Madawaska and Fort Kent. Please be mindful of this and make every possible effort to safely stay clear until the installations are completed.
