Please note that wait times earlier in the week may be longer, but tend to get shorter toward the end of the week. Current wait times are averaging less than 5 minutes on Mondays and tend to trend down as we progress in to mid week.
A work search waiver has been granted to claimants impacted by mud season from Sunday, March 27 through Saturday, May 7, 2022. As part of filing your claim you will be asked if you have a definite recall date. Please select “YES” when prompted and enter a definite recall date of 05/07/2022, which will add the work search waiver to your claim.
